ClawAI Ops ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to transparency about how we handle your data. This policy explains what we collect, why we keep it, and how you can request its removal.
What We Collect
- Conversations — Messages between you and your AI agent
- Usage metrics — Token counts, model usage, and cost data
- Account information — Name, company, email, and messaging account ID
- Payment data — Handled entirely by Stripe. We never store card information.
Why We Store Conversations
Your AI agent uses past conversations to maintain context and provide better, more personalized assistance over time. Conversations are stored on your dedicated environment and are never used to train AI models or shared with other customers.
Where Data Is Stored
- Conversations and agent memory — Your dedicated, isolated environment
- Usage and billing data — Our centralized operations database
- Payment records — Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure
Retention Periods
- Active subscription — All data retained for the duration of your service
- Post-cancellation — 30 days to retrieve your data, then permanently deleted
- Environment destruction — Your dedicated environment is fully wiped within 60 days of cancellation
- Backups — Rolling 30-day retention, then automatically purged
- Billing and audit logs — 12 months for tax and legal compliance
Data Deletion
- You may request deletion at any time by contacting us
- Deletion requests are completed within 7 business days
- On account termination, your environment is fully wiped — not just files, but the entire disk
- Backups containing your data expire automatically within 30 days
Who Has Access
- Access restricted to authorized ClawAI Ops personnel on a need-to-know basis
- No third-party access to your data
- We do not sell, trade, or share your data. Ever.
